Information you provide
When you contact RunUp HQ, we may receive your name, email address, business name and the details you include in your message. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial or medical information.
How we use it
We use contact information only to review your inquiry, reply, prepare a proposal when requested and maintain a reasonable record of the business conversation. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree for secure delivery to RunUp HQ. Messages may also be handled by our email provider. Google Fonts may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when fonts load. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
Retention and security
We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records and applicable legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the site does not set advertising cookies or run behavioral analytics. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before deployment.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements. Email RunUp HQ.
